It’s been exactly a month since committing to consuming only wild caught meat and I’m glad to provide the following results as well as some interesting observations.
Firstly weight and body fat%, fyi I do not trust the scales % reading in the least. I can lose an entire 1% just from taking a solid piss.
Weight: 94.1KG to 91.7KG
Change of 2.4KG
Body fat%: 31.8 to 30.7%
Change of 1.1%
What I’ve noticed:
• Higher sleep quality
• Little to no cravings for fatty meat*
• Higher muscularity
• Dramatic improvement in cardiovascular and strength capabilities
• Increased sexual desire and stronger erections
*I briefly thought about a Big Mac on the 3rd of Feb but It was a fleeting moment of weakness spurred by hunger before moving into the increase in physical performance, I have the following meditations in regard to improvements:
• Training has been lacklustre, the last 2 weeks of Feb were largely spent outside of the gym yet baselines have all improved dramatically
• Being restricted to my own meat has steered me away from junk food which I can attribute to some of the success, however I have treated myself weekly to two large fires and a thick shake from McDonalds and won’t often pass up on chocolate. There is improvement to be made here.
• Sexual and cardiovascular improvement is most likely due to improved body composition and higher frequency of training. Though interestingly enough, I recently met a park ranger who eats venison almost exclusively. He was aware of the sexual benefits and was fit even before he made the lifestyle change. Anecdotal perhaps but not to be disregarded.
